Joel is married to Ellen and they have two grown children. He began his ministry at  Living Faith in February 2019. His passion is to expand the kingdom of God by making disciples who make disciples. Joel's vision is to create missional communities that are reaching out into Kearney and beyond. Believers, experiencing rich community, on mission together, creating space for people far from God is his heartbeat. He is a graduate of Colorado Christian University and the University of Northwestern - Saint Paul. His hobbies are Husker football, golf, fishing and binge watching a great TV series here and there. Joel can often be found at a good coffee shop reading, studying or meeting up with friends.

As the Associate Pastor at LFF, Paul's primary focus is on developing and equipping Missional Community groups, along with children's and youth ministry. Paul also assists in conducting Sunday services and weekly events, and preaches on occasion. While equipping the members of LFF takes priority in Paul's life, he also a passion for reaching out to the Kearney community through sports, leagues, coffee, and other activities. Paul has been married to his wife Madeleine since September 1st , 2017, just one week before he began serving at LFF.

Marcie has worked at LFF since October of 2017.  Prior to that she worked at Northwestern Energy for 25 years.  Marcie grew up in Northeastern South Dakota and moved to Kearney in 2000.  She and her husband, Kim, have been married for 46 years and have 3 grown children and 7 grandchildren.  Marcie's favorite thing is spending time with each of her grandchildren!

In their early years of marriage, Marcie and Kim played in a country band and were out on the road for 8 years playing supper clubs and fairs.  Marcie is a member of the South Dakota Country Music Hall of Fame.  She and Kim enjoy playing for the Lord doing gospel concerts, special music and playing in the praise band at LFF.

Marcie's desire is to share the hope that we have in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
